"User" means an individual who registers, logs in, and uses the Service. This Agreement may be updated by Wooask Technology at any time. The updated terms of the agreement will be replaced by the original terms of the agreement without prior notice. Users can check the terms of the latest version of the agreement on this website. After Wooask Technology modifies the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the revised terms, please stop using the service provided by Wooask Technology immediately , and the user's continued use of the service provided by Wooask Technology will be deemed to accept the revised agreement.
1. Account registration
The " Wooask " account should be registered with an email address account before using this service. Users are requested to use the email address that has not been bound to the " Wooask " account , and the email address that has not been banned by Wooask Technology according to this agreement to register the " Wooask " account. Wooask Technology can change the way of account registration and binding according to user needs or product needs without prior notice to users.
2. Service content
The specific content of this service is provided by Wooask Technology according to the actual situation, including but not limited to authorized users to make intelligent hardware connection, translation and instant messaging through their account. Wooask Technology can make changes to the services it provides, and the content of services provided by Wooask Technology may be changed at any time; users will receive notices from Wooask Technology about service changes.
3. User personal information protection
(1)In the process of registering an account or using this service, users may need to fill in or submit some necessary personal information, such as the identity information required to be filled in by laws, regulations, and regulatory documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations"). If the information submitted by the user is incomplete or does not comply with laws and regulations, the user may not be able to use the service or be restricted in the process of using the service.

Wooask Technology will take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the safety of users' personal information and prevent the leakage, damage or loss of users' personal information collected in this service. In the event of the aforementioned situation or Wooask Technology discovers that the aforementioned situation may occur, Wooask Technology will promptly take remedial measures and inform the user, and the user should contact Wooask Technology immediately if the aforementioned situation exists .

(5)The user agrees that Wooask Technology can use the user's personal privacy information in the following matters:
a.Wooask Technology sends important notices to users in a timely manner, such as software updates and changes to the terms of this agreement;
b.Wooask Technology conducts internal audits, data analysis and research to improve Wooask Technology 's products, services and communication with users;
c.According to this agreement, Wooask Technology manages, reviews user information and takes measures;
d.Other matters stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.
In addition to the above matters, Wooask Technology will not use the user's personal privacy information for any other purpose without the prior consent of the user.
(6) Wooask Technology attaches great importance to the protection of minors. Wooask Technology will rely on the personal information provided by the user to determine whether the user is a minor. Any minor under the age of 18 shall not register an account or use the service
(7)Because the service provided by Wooask Technology is a mobile social service based on geographical location, the user confirms that its geographical location information is non-personal privacy information, and the user successfully registers the " Wooask " account as confirmation that Wooask Technology is authorized to extract, disclose and use the user. geographic location information. The user's geographic location information will be used as one of the user's public information, which will be disclosed by Wooask Technology to other users so that Wooask Technology can provide users with mobile social services based on geographic location. If users need to stop disclosing their geographic location information to other users, they can set themselves to be incognito at any time.
(8)In order to improve Wooask Technology 's technology and services and provide users with a better service experience, Wooask Technology may collect and use or provide users' non-personal privacy information to third parties by itself.
(9)Wooask Technology guarantees to collect, use or disclose users' personal information under the principles of lawfulness, righteousness and necessity and will not collect user's personal information unrelated to the services provided.

(2)Users shall not use the " Wooask " account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, and disseminate content prohibited by the following laws, regulations and policies:
a.Opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution;
b.Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
c.Damage to national honor and interests;
d.Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
e.Undermining the state's religious policy and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
f.Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
g.Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crimes;
h.Insulting or slandering others and infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(3)Users shall not use the " Wooask " account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, and disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of " Wooask " and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
a.contains any sexual or sexual innuendo;
b.Contains abusive, intimidating and threatening content;
c.Contains harassment, spam, malicious information, and deceptive information;
d.Involving the privacy, personal information or materials of others;
e.Infringing on other legal rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, business secrets, etc.;
f.Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of this service and violates the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
Rules of use
(1)Any content transmitted or published by users in or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of Wooask Technology , and Wooask Technology shall not be responsible for it.
(2)Users are not allowed to use the " Wooask " account or this service to do the following:
a.Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing other people's pictures or materials, impersonating or using the name of others;
b.Force or induce other users to pay attention, click on linked pages or share information;
c.Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
d.Using technical means to create false accounts in batches;
e.Use the " Wooask " account or this service to engage in any illegal and criminal activities;
f.Making, publishing, or operating or disseminating methods and tools related to the above acts, whether or not these acts are for commercial purposes;
Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of " Wooask " or are not expressly authorized by Wooask Technology .
The user shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, innocence, accuracy and validity of the information transmitted by using the " Wooask " account or this service, and any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user. , not related to Wooask Technology . If any damage is caused to Wooask Technology or a third party, the user shall compensate according to law.
(4)The services provided by Wooask Technology may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by Wooask Technology and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, the user shall be responsible for the transactions conducted in accordance with the advertising information, and Wooask Technology shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user due to the transactions conducted in accordance with the advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.
(5)Unless the written permission of Wooask Technology , users shall not engage in any of the following behaviors:
a.Delete the copyright information on the software and its copies;
b.Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile the software, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software;
c.Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reproducing, compiling, publishing, publishing, and establishing mirror sites, etc., of the content with intellectual property rights owned by Wooask Technology ;
d.Copy, modify, add, delete, or hang the software or the data released into the memory of any terminal during the running of the software, the interactive data between the client and the server during the running of the software, and the system data necessary for the running of the software. Directly run or create any derivative works, including but not limited to using plug-ins, plug-ins or third-party tools/services not authorized by Wooask Technology to access software and related systems;
e.By modifying or falsifying the instructions and data in the operation of the software, adding, deleting, changing the functions or operating effects of the software, or operating or disseminating the software and methods used for the above-mentioned purposes to the public, whether or not these acts are commercial purpose;
f.Log in or use Wooask Technology software and services through third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, and systems not developed and authorized by Wooask Technology, or create, publish, and disseminate third -party software, plug-ins, and plug-ins not developed or authorized by Wooask Technology system.
6.Account Management
(1)The ownership of the " Wooask " account is owned by Wooask Technology . After the user completes the application and registration procedures, the user will obtain the right to use the " Wooask " account. The right to use only belongs to the initial application registrant, and it is prohibited to donate, borrow, rent, transfer or sell. Wooask Technology has the right to reclaim the user's " Wooask " account due to business needs.
(2)Users can inquire, change, delete, log out the personal information, registration information and transmission content on the " Wooask " account through 1) view and edit the personal information page, 2) the "Account and Security" page in the "Settings" page etc., but it should be noted that deleting the relevant information will also delete the text and pictures stored in the system by the user. The user shall bear this risk.
(3)The user is responsible for properly keeping the registered account information and account password security, and the user may suffer account theft or password theft due to improper custody of the user, and the responsibility shall be borne by the user. Users need to bear legal responsibility for the behavior under the registered account and password. User agrees not to use other user's account or password under any circumstances. Users agree to notify Wooask Technology immediately when users suspect that others are using their account numbers or passwords .
(4)The user should abide by the terms of this agreement and use the service correctly and properly. If the user violates any of the terms of this agreement, Wooask Technology has the right to interrupt or terminate the service to the defaulting user " Wooask " after notifying the user according to the agreement . Account provides services. At the same time, Wooask Technology reserves the right to withdraw the " Wooask " account and user name at any time.
(5)If the user does not log in for one year after registering the " Wooask " account, Wooask Technology can take back the account after notifying the user, so as to avoid waste of resources, and the adverse consequences caused by this shall be borne by the user.
(6)The user can perform the account cancellation service by contacting the customer service. The user confirms that the cancellation of the account is an irrecoverable operation. The user should back up the information and data related to the Wooask account by himself. All services related to the Wooask account have been carried out before the user confirms the operation . Properly handle. After the user confirms and agrees to cancel the account, it does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the cancellation of the Wooask account are exempted or mitigated. , Wooask Technology Limited voluntarily terminates the user's account cancellation without obtaining the user's consent.
7.Data storage
(1)Wooask Technology is not responsible for the user's deletion or failure to store relevant data in this service.
(2)Wooask Technology can determine the maximum storage period of the user's data in the service according to the actual situation, and allocate the maximum storage space for the data on the server. Users can back up the relevant data in this service according to their own needs.
(3)If the user stops using the service or the service is terminated, Wooask Technology can permanently delete the user's data from the server. Wooask Technology is not obliged to return any data to users after the service is stopped or terminated .
8. Risk taking
(1)The user understands and agrees that " Wooask " only provides a platform for users to share, transmit and obtain information, and users must be responsible for all actions under their registered accounts, including any content transmitted by users and any consequences arising therefrom. Users should make their own judgments on the content of " Wooask " and this service, and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the content. Wooask Technology cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the actions of users.
If the user finds that anyone violates this agreement or uses the service in other improper ways, please report or complain to Wooask Technology immediately. (2)The user understands and agrees that Wooask Technology reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, terminate or revoke all or part of the service content of this service due to business development needs, and the user shall bear this risk.
9. Intellectual Property Statement
(1)Except that the intellectual property rights related to advertisements in this service are owned by the corresponding advertisers, the intellectual property rights of the content provided by Wooask Technology in this service (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, etc.) are owned by the relevant advertisers. It is owned by Wooask Technology , except that the user has legally obtained intellectual property rights for the content published by himself before using the service.
(2)Unless otherwise specified, the copyrights, patents and other intellectual property rights of the software on which Wooask Technology provides this service are owned by Wooask Technology .
(3)The copyrights or trademarks of Wooask Technology 's graphics, words or their components involved in this service, as well as other Wooask Technology logos and product and service names (hereinafter collectively referred to as " Wooask Technology logos") belong to Wooask Technology . Without the prior written consent of Wooask Technology , users shall not display or use or otherwise deal with Wooask Technology logos in any way, and shall not indicate to others that users have the right to display, use, or otherwise have the right to deal with Wooask Technology logos.
(4)The above and any other intellectual property rights legally owned by Wooask Technology or related advertisers are protected by law. Without the written permission of Wooask Technology or related advertisers, users are not allowed to use or create related derivative works in any form.
(5)The user publishes the uploaded text, pictures, video, audio, software, performance and other information when using Wooask services. The intellectual property rights of this part of the information belong to the user, and the responsibility is borne by the user. However, the user's publication and uploading behavior is regarded as the authorization to Wooask Technology , and the user understands and agrees to grant Wooask Technology and its affiliates the completely free, irrevocable, exclusive, perpetual, sublicensable and sublicensable rights worldwide, including But not limited to: reproduction rights, distribution rights, rental rights, exhibition rights, performance rights, screening rights, broadcasting rights, information network dissemination rights, filming rights, adaptation rights, translation rights, compilation rights, and copyrights stipulated in the Copyright Law Other intellectual property rights and adjacent rights enjoyed by people. 10. Legal Responsibilities
(1)If Wooask Technology finds or receives reports from others or complains that users violate this agreement, Wooask Technology has the right to review and delete relevant content, including but not limited to user data and chat records, at any time without notice, depending on the severity of the circumstances. Penalties including but not limited to warnings, account bans, device bans, and function bans will be imposed on violating accounts, and users will be notified of the processing results.
(2)Users who are banned for violating the user agreement can contact customer service to inquire about the ban period, and unblock them by themselves after the ban period expires. Among them, users who have been banned from functions will automatically resume the banned functions after the ban period expires. Banned users can send an email to info@wooask.com to submit an appeal, and Wooask Technology will review the appeal and decide whether to change the punishment at its own reasonable judgment.
(3)Users understand and agree that Wooask Technology has the right to punish violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement according to reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and save relevant information to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations Reports, etc., the user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
(4)The user understands and agrees that for any claim, demand or loss, including reasonable attorney fees, caused or incurred by any third party due to the user's violation of this agreement, the user shall compensate Wooask Technology and its cooperative companies and affiliated companies, and make them free from damage.
11. Force majeure and other exemptions
(1)The user understands and confirms that in the process of using the service, risk factors such as force majeure may be encountered, which may cause the service to be interrupted. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome and unavoidable and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, plague epidemics and storms, as well as social events such as wars, turmoil, government actions, etc. . In the event of the above situation, Wooask Technology will try to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible to repair it in a timely manner, but Wooask Technology and its partners are exempted from liability to the extent permitted by law for the losses caused to users or third parties.
(2)Like most Internet services, this service is affected by differences in factors including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc., and may be disturbed by various security issues, such as the use of user information by others to cause real life problems. Other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites visited contain viruses such as "Trojan horses", which threaten the security of users' computer information and data, and then affect the normal use of this service, etc. Users should strengthen the awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.
(3)The user understands and confirms that the service is interrupted or cannot meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer virus or hacker attack, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, Internet, communication line reasons, etc. Wooask Technology does not assume any responsibility for any loss to users or third parties caused thereby.
(4)The user understands and confirms that there is misleading, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, objectionable or illegal information from any other person during the use of this service, or anonymous information that violates the rights of others Wooask Technology does not assume any responsibility for any loss to users or third parties caused by information or impostor information, as well as the behavior accompanying such information .
(5)The user understands and confirms that Wooask Technology needs to repair or maintain the " Wooask " platform or related equipment on a regular or irregular basis . If the service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, Wooask Technology does not need to bear any responsibility for this. responsibility, but Wooask Technology should give prior notice.
(6)Wooask Technology obtains the right to deal with illegal or breached content in accordance with laws and regulations and this agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of Wooask Technology , and Wooask Technology cannot guarantee timely detection of illegal or breach of contract or corresponding processing.
(7)The user understands and confirms that Wooask Technology shall not be liable for the quality defects of the following products or services provided by Wooask Technology to users and any losses caused by them:
a.Services provided by Wooask Technology to users for free;
b.Any products or services presented by Wooask Technology to users.
(8)Under no circumstances shall Wooask Technology be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits suffered by the user due to the use of " Wooask " or this service ( even if Wooask Technology has been advised of the possibility of such damages). Although there may be contradictory provisions in this agreement, Wooask Technology 's entire responsibility to the user, no matter what the reason or the way of behavior, will always not exceed the fees paid by the user to Wooask Technology for using the services provided by Wooask Technology (if any ).
12. Change, Interruption and Termination of Services
(1)In view of the particularity of network services, users agree that Wooask Technology has the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the services at any time. If Wooask Technology changes, interrupts or terminates the service, Wooask Technology shall notify the user before the change, interruption or termination.
(2)In the event of any of the following circumstances, Wooask Technology has the right to change, interrupt or terminate the free service or paid service provided to the user without assuming any responsibility to the user or any third party:
a.According to the law, users should submit real information, but the personal information provided by users is not true, or is inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and fails to provide reasonable proof;
b.The user violates relevant laws and regulations or the stipulations of this agreement;
c.In accordance with the provisions of the law or the requirements of the competent authorities;
d.For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.
13. Others
(1)Wooask Technology solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt Wooask Technology from liability and restrict users' rights. Users are requested to read carefully and consider risks independently.
(2)The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or dispute occurs between the user and Wooask Technology , it should be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction where Wooask Technology is located.
(3)If any clause of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining clauses are still valid and binding on both parties.
(4)Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms set out in this agreement signed by you and Wooask Technology may not fully list and cover all the rights and obligations between you and Wooask , and the existing agreements cannot guarantee that they fully meet the needs of future development. Therefore, Wooask Privacy Policy, Wooask Platform Code of Conduct, etc. are supplementary agreements to this Agreement, which are inseparable from this Agreement and have the same legal effect. If you use Wooask platform services, it is deemed that you agree to the above supplementary agreement.
